This letter is to recommend Butch Fischer and Fischer construction Co. Over the years I have done several remodel projects and Fischer Construction has been by far the best experience I have had. Butch Fischer has personal integrity and dedication to his work at a level that is rare. We did a major remodel project and there was never a day that two, and frequently more, workers were not on the job. Butch himself was on site most days and frequently worked full days. His crew is quiet, efficient and kept the job site clean. Butch obviously works well with his subs and co-ordinates and plans carefully. He pays close attention to detail, provided valuable design and planning input, and kept careful track of the myriad changes and difficulties encountered. The project cost more than planned but we ran into unexpected significant structural and electrical problems. Some of the flaws with previous construction were dangerous and Butch corrected them and kept the project moving. Butch is a good communicator, and just being kept informed relieves a lot of the pressure and tension which can develop if the owner does not feel comfortable with what is going on. Overall I would recommend Fischer Construction without reservation.
